Shade Structures Corporation, warrants all structures
sold, will conform in kind and quality to the published specifications,
and will be free of defects in workmanship and material. As
a further indication of our quality, Sunguard Shade
Structures Corporation provides a framework and fabric
warranty. |
Framework:
20 Year Warranty |
A
twenty (20) year warranty for all steel framework against
all structural failure due to corrosion, deterioration,
or workmanship. Units are not designed for snow loads
unless specifically engineered for snow loads. Please
remove cover in winter. Owner is responsible for routine
maintenance to preserve the finish and welded joints.
This might consist of spot painting any points of corrosion
if, in the unlikely event any should occur (regardless
of cause); and, to keep connecting hardware properly fastened.
Failure to provide routine maintenance will
void this warranty. Warranty constitutes
repair or replacement of defective part(s). This warranty
does not include any cosmetic issues, vandalism, incidental
damage, or acts of God. |

Fabric:
10 Year Warranty |
A
ten (10) year warranty for all Polyethylene covers against
deterioration, rot or faulty workmanship to include seam
failure. Owner is responsible for routine maintenance
of cover, which includes maintaining proper cable tension
and cleaning cover annually with light detergent and water
to maintain color vibrancy. This warranty
does not include any cosmetic issues, vandalism, incidental
damage, or acts of God. |

Certified Installations |
Failure
to install units as per factory specifications voids all
warranties. |
We
warranty all work completed by a factory certified installer. |

Cover
Removal |
In
the event of severe storm warnings, cover should be removed
from unit. The unit is designed for 120 mph winds
(3 second burst), unless otherwise specified; however,
in most storms there is a strong possibility of micro
bursts exceeding design specifications; therefore, cover
removal is required. |
